By accessing callholloway.com or utilizing the services of Holloway Plumbing Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Holloway Plumbing Services provides residential and commercial plumbing services across the Greater Eastside and Seattle areas. All estimates provided over the phone or online are provisional. Final, binding quotes can only be provided after a physical, on-site inspection of the plumbing issue.
We strive to arrive on time for every appointment. However, due to the nature of emergency plumbing work, arrival times may occasionally fluctuate. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
We pride ourselves on upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is due in full upon the completion of the agreed-upon plumbing services, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been formally established in advance.
We stand behind our work. Holloway Plumbing Services offers a workmanship warranty on services performed. If a repair or installation we completed fails due to an error in our craftsmanship, we will make it right. This warranty does not cover damages caused by prior deteriorating pipe conditions, natural disasters, or tampering by third parties.
While we take the utmost care in protecting your home and property (using drop cloths and shoe covers), Holloway Plumbing Services cannot be held liable for incidental damages that result from existing structural decay, pre-existing faulty plumbing, or unavoidable water damage occurring prior to our arrival.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
